State of the Art Marketing and Discreet Sales of Luxury Muskoka Waterfront

Bracebridge

Bracebridge, located in the heart of Muskoka was officially incorporated in 1875. Named after Washington Irving’s book Bracebridge Hall, the town grew around the Bracebridge Falls which provided power for early sawmills and industry thanks to the enormous year round water flow from Algonquin Park and surrounding areas that unfailingly spill over the falls. The arrival of the railway in the late 1800s boosted tourism, making it a popular summer retreat. Today, it blends small-town (Muskoka River side) charm with outdoor adventures and craft culture.
